Okay, I get it. You don’t have the time to make your own products and it is much faster to buy from the store. So instead of trying to change your life all at once, try changing one product from store bought to homemade and see how it goes. Pick just one of the 17 things you should stop buying from the list below and make it at home. See how you feel about it and if you like it, try another one. Pick an item you would enjoy to make. I thinking Nutella, but that’s just me.
